Shipping Overview and Costs

Voralle ships orders within the United States only.
All orders are shipped free of charge within the United States.
The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Order Processing
After an order is placed and payment is successfully authorized, an order confirmation email is sent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order from dispatch through delivery.

Delivery Address Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Voralle is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Possible Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including high order volumes, holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, allow an additional 3 business days.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@voralle.com
Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us promptly at support@voralle.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence where applicable. After reviewing the information, eligible cases will be resolved with an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or a refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
